-Receive 1 Water from Sea of Reality
-Kill 1 Ru Chi the Confucan Templar (Located in the Sea of Reality at around [650, 343])

The graphic effect is that of water element magic but is actually a physical attack
3. Speak to the Celestial Elder (449, 451) Rook's Valley
-Recieve 1 Calmtide Amulet

-Kill 1 Brigand Transient (Located within the Hallucinatory Trench [FB79]

[Lvl 84] Non-Element BOSS. Fire-type Magic Attacks
-After obtaining the Calmtide Amulet from killing Brigand Transient, go obtain the Ocean Orb (Located at Ocean Pillar [433, 535] within the instance.)

Pillar is located on the platform on which Linus the Woeful and Brigand Transient are.
5. Report to the Celestial Elder (449, 451) Rook's Valley

-Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth: 1 (Random)
-Reward (SP: 590000 Rep: 80)
